30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to be happy with all our products, so within 30 days of the product purchase date
you may return any products purchased for a full refund of your purchase price. You are
responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Shipping and handling are non-refundable on product returns under the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee unless you receive an incorrect or damaged product. For any product returned after 30 days from purchase, we require a $30 restocking fee.
We will refund the most expensive vitamin product purchased if a return is requested within 30
days of the account's first order date (excludes Personalized pods which are eligible for a 50%
refund). The item must be returned in the original packaging, in good condition and with proof of
purchase. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. At this time, we do not accept returns for products purchased from a 3rd party retail partner. Personalized pods are eligible for a 50% refund on the first pod if a return is requested within 30 days. Due to the customized nature of our Personalized pod, we are unable to offer full refunds. Unfortunately, once an order is in process, we are unable to edit or cancel the order. If you purchase a dispenser and cancel within 48 hours there will be a $25 stop-shipment fee to cover the costs incurred to stop the order.
