If you have connected a dispenser and then received a new unit, you will need to unregisterDisconnect the previous dispenser from you app to set up the newest unit. OR if you have a new WiFi provider, you will need to unregister/Disconnect and reconnect your dispenser. Please follow the steps below
**Keep in mind, if you unregister your dispenser and do not reconnect, you will no longer earn rewards for your servings.
- Please open the TespoHealth App
- Touch "SignUp or if you have an account SignIn" Follow steps
- Go to settings (wheel icon lower right)
- Next, touch Dispenser>Disconnect>Yes
- If you are connecting a new/replacement dispenser or connect to a new WiFi network, touch Disconnect, then touch Add a new dispenser and follow the prompts.
